I'm moving out on November 15th from this superb large room (25 m2) in the heart of Lausanne, and I'm looking for someone to take my place!
The room : is fully furnished! I'm only taking my decor with me.
The location : 10 minutes walk from Lausanne train station, 3 minutes from Flon metro, shops, cafes and restaurants just downstairs.
The flatshare : you'll be sharing this large apartment with David, who is great. He loves cooking, sports, music and art. He's easy to live with (when he's around, because he's often away on business haha). The atmosphere is very safe and fun. The goal is to share small moments of life together, without it ever being an obligation!
The profile we're looking for : nice, open, respectful, pleasant to exchange with. Someone who appreciates both autonomy and good moments to share. (David prefers a man, but if it resonates with you, write to me!)
