Since I'm moving out of my shared apartment at the end of December, my room will be available from January 1, 2027. Therefore, I'm looking for a sublessee who can take over my room and the main rental agreement.

The apartment is a beautiful, 2023 renovated 4.5-room apartment. My two female roommates (both 22) will initially remain in the shared apartment, so you would be living with two already settled and lovely roommates. Both are studying at the University of Fribourg.

• three bedrooms, including the unfurnished room for rent with approximately 16 m²

• a kitchen with a dishwasher
• a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub
• a small additional guest toilet
• a washing machine and dryer in a built-in closet in the apartment

• a bike parking space in front of the building

The apartment is very conveniently located, with both the university and the train station, as well as shopping opportunities, being easily accessible:

• approximately 10 minutes on foot to Miséricorde
• approximately 10 minutes on foot to Beauregard
• approximately 15 minutes on foot to the train station
• approximately 15 minutes by bus to Pérolles
• several bus stops are located about 4 minutes on foot from the apartment
• a total of 5 different bus lines run from the train station in the direction of the apartment

The location is also very practical for shopping: Coop, Migros, and Denner are each within about 5 minutes on foot.
