From 01.06.2027 or by arrangement (as some flexibility is possible), I am looking for a new roommate for a bright, quiet, and cozy shared apartment room in our 4-room maisonette apartment in the Rodtegg quarter in Lucerne.

The Apartment
The attic apartment is located on the 4th floor and spans two levels.
On the lower floor, you'll find a bright, spacious living room with a balcony, a dining area, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, the entrance area, and a guest toilet.

On the upper floor, there's a bathroom with a bathtub and a private washing machine, a gallery, and the two bedrooms. Your future room has two skylights with shutters and a cozy sloping ceiling. It's very bright and offers a beautiful retreat.

The Location
The apartment is located in the quiet Rodtegg quarter with good public transportation connections and various shopping options nearby. You can reach the forest in just 3 minutes on foot, and the lake is also within walking distance, about 20 minutes.
We live in a pet-friendly house. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.

And who am I?
I'm Isa, 37, sporty, language enthusiast, and a music junkie. My life now also includes Pipo, my 4.5-year-old street dog. He's a lovely guy and is part of my daily life.

I appreciate a relaxed and uncomplicated living together, where you feel comfortable and considerate of each other. A certain level of order and cleanliness is important to me.
I enjoy having a coffee together, a glass of wine, or occasional joint cooking. Just as important to me is that everyone has enough time for themselves. I work partially from home and am also often on the road.

Who am I looking for?
I'm looking for a roommate from 32 years old, who is employed and financially independent, likes dogs, and can imagine a pleasant, respectful living together. It's essential to me that we consider each other, maybe do something together, but also respect each other's privacy.
Our apartment should not become a home party location, by the way.
My current roommate is moving back to his beautiful island in the warm weather - he's definitely had enough of the cold in Switzerland.
