Description
I'm going on a 6-month internship and looking to sublet my room in a shared flat near Lausanne-Flon from December to May.
- Rent: 703 CHF/month, charges included
- Dates: 1 December to 31 May. The start and end dates are flexible.
- The room is furnished
The flat is shared with two guys and a girl, all in their mid-late 20s. We usually speak English together, but two flatmates also speak French.
The flat has two floors: a big living room, dining room, kitchen and terrace on the first floor, with bedrooms on the second floor. There are two shared bathrooms. A dishwasher and laundry machine/dryer are available in the flat.
Location: The flat is central and well connected (close to Chauderon bus stop and Flon metro station). UNIL and EPFL are about 20 minutes away by metro, and Lausanne gare is 15 minutes by bus.
Visits ideally in the evening during the week, or in the weekends.
