We are looking for a tenant from February 1, 2027, for our 4.5-room single-family house in Niedergösgen. The house is located in a quiet, family-friendly environment and offers a lot of space.

  • Kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, and garden access

  • Private garden with garden house

  • Two balconies with a beautiful view of the castle

  • Own washing machine and dryer

  • Attic with additional storage space

  • A large master bedroom and two small rooms (suitable as children's or hobby rooms)

  • Pets are allowed by agreement with the landlord (we have a cat)

  • Optional by agreement: furniture pieces for sale (see pictures)

Bus stops (direction Aarau, Olten) and Schönenwerd train station are 5-10 minutes' walk away, and Niedergösgen school is 2 minutes' walk. The friendly and helpful neighborhood, as well as the quiet location, are also among the advantages of this house.
