I am looking for immediate a uncomplicated roommate (desired age around 35-55 years) for my bright and cozy shared apartment.
Your room:* approximately 17 m², beautiful parquet floor, large built-in closet, renovated old building (high ceilings!). It is simply furnished (bed, table, chair)
can be taken over gladly.
The shared apartment: Fully equipped modern kitchen, small bathroom with bathtub, small balcony (for the common coffee) and a garden for shared use.
Location: Directly at Cäcilienplatz (super connected with tram 6). Lola (quarter shop) and Gelateria di Berna are just around the corner.
Rent: 670 CHF / month (including ALL additional costs such as electricity, heating, internet, etc.).
About me and our shared apartment life:
I am Philipp, father of two daughters (17, 19), computer scientist and offer Thai yoga massages (in my own practice, not at home). I am often outside, like to dance (Zouk, Lindy Hop, Contact Impro), do yoga, repair bicycles, cook gladly, sing at the campfire or just do nothing sometimes.
I wish for a relaxed, open cohabitation. No pure purpose-shared apartment, gladly cook together or chat, but everyone can also do their own thing.
