We rent from 01.02.2027 or by agreement our cottage with a wonderful view over the Jura mountain range.

The cottage was renovated in 2021 and is energetically up to date.

The living area includes two floors, a sandstone cellar, and a large attic. In the separate technical room, there is a private laundry tower with space for all sorts of things. Additionally, a small shed is available for storing bicycles, gardening tools, and much more. The cottage has a guest toilet on the ground floor and a spacious bathroom of 12m2 on the upper floor with a bathtub, large shower, and double sink.

In 2023, a carport was built, which offers space for two cars. The carport is included in the rent.

The cottage is heated with a heat pump and features a newly installed sitting oven in 2021, which provides a cozy atmosphere.

The surrounding area with garden, fruit trees, and chimney invites you to linger outside.
