We (Nadine, Lotta, and Shanti) are looking for a fourth roommate for our beautifully renovated 4.5-room old building apartment.
About your room:* 15m2* 920 CHF incl. ancillary costs (except electricity and radio/TV)* Unfurnished* Beautiful original wooden floor* Middle room (between 2 other bedrooms)
We're looking for you:* Preferably female, 25-35 years old* Considerate (as it's a bit ring-shaped) and tidy* Open and humorous person* The room is also suitable for people who are often on the go (e.g., flight attendants or weekly commuters)* Looking for a long-term home* Likes cats (2-3 cat visits per year)
About us, your future roommates:* Are between 25-32 years old* Like to chat and are open to more joint activities* Have a cleaning schedule (everything is cleaned once a week)* Work in different industries (travel, marketing, and nature)
