Very bright attic corner room (15sqm, 2nd floor) with 2 large windows.
The old building shared apartment spans two floors and offers 2 kitchens, 2 showers, 4 toilets, and a living room on the 1st floor. Washing machine and dryer are available.
The house is relatively centrally located but in a peaceful corner, and even though the house is fully covered in graffiti from the outside, it's nice and well-maintained inside.
We are an 11-person shared apartment (10F, 1M, 1949 years) with clear rules and responsibilities. Cleanliness is our standard, not a topic. Despite the size, it's remarkably quiet here. Hardly any visitors, a lot of consideration, and silence - ideal for someone who values their home as a retreat and likes to relax.

The rent is inclusive of utilities, and ethernet, serafe, and cleaning lady (1x weekly for kitchens, bathrooms, and corridors) are also included.
