We are looking for a subtenant for our 3.5 room apartment on Zieglerstrasse from the beginning of December. By arrangement, we can also hand over the apartment a few days earlier. The pictures are of the empty apartment before we moved in. During viewings, the apartment will still be furnished. We would also like to leave some furniture in the apartment when handing it over. Applicants who take over the furniture will be preferred. It's mainly about closets/storage space. There is both a basement and an attic compartment.
