From December 1st, 2026, a room in this 3-room apartment, which has been used as a 2-person shared flat so far, will become available. From the beginning of January, the entire apartment can then be taken over. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the cantonal hospital and the new children's hospital. It impresses with bright rooms with large windows, beautiful floors, and good bus connections (numbers 18 and 19). In principle, it can also be used as a 3-person shared flat (room 1 approx. 18m2, room 2 approx. 10m2, and room 3 approx. 20m2). Each rental party has its own basement compartment in the basement. There is also a bike room, a laundry room (1 washing machine, 1 dryer - works great with a weekly washing plan), and a drying room (with a lockable closet per rental party). We would like to sell some furniture, etc. when taking over and will prefer corresponding applications. We are both moving away from Lucerne for professional reasons and have always felt very comfortable.
