The apartment is only 7 minutes' walk from the train station.

Shopping facilities can be reached within 5 minutes' walk.

The cozy 3-room apartment is a bit older but still charming and has 3 lockable rooms, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, a functional kitchen with a ceramic stove, and an oven. The rental apartment also includes a basement compartment and a mansard room, as well as a small balcony.

One room also has practical built-in closets.
