Description
I am looking for a subtenant for my cozy shared room (11 m²) in the popular 3006 district for three months (November 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, move-in date can be flexible). As a weekly resident, I used my shared room during the week and now have to leave it due to professional circumstances.
The shared room is rented without furniture for a limited time and is part of a 3.5-room apartment with a large living room and balcony, which can be used jointly. There is also a functional kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and shower/bathtub. In the attic and in the basement, a storage room is available.
In the laundry room, there are two washing machines, a tumble dryer, a large drying room, and enough space to store a bicycle. Additionally, there are storage facilities for bicycles, mopeds, and scooters in front of the house. For order and cleanliness in the shared apartment, we have a cleaning and task schedule.
Note for allergies: Since a cat lived with us until recently, you should ideally not have a pet hair allergy.
You will share the 2-person shared apartment with a female roommate. During the week, the apartment is usually very quiet. Since the apartment is cancelled on January 31, 2027, the shared room will be rented temporarily until this date.
The rent is CHF 775.- including utilities per month, plus WiFi and a flat rate for electricity. The total monthly rent is therefore CHF 835.80
