Around mid-December or by arrangement, a room (approx. 18-19m2, unfurnished) will become available in our beautiful shared apartment, as Florence is moving out of Zurich for professional reasons. Our shared apartment is located in a beautiful row house in the quiet Loogarten neighborhood, close to the green areas but still very well connected to the city.

The room is west-facing and, thanks to the large window (like the entire apartment), very bright. We jointly use our beautiful living room plus kitchen/dining area, which together form a whole, open floor. Additionally, there are two bathrooms with showers + bathtubs and a basement with its own washing machine and dryer. In front of the living room, there is a garden and on the top floor, two terraces facing east and west.

Currently, there are four of us in the shared apartment, plus one small child and a cat. Patrick is moving out in November, as he has decided to move into his own apartment. Leonie and Jonas are a couple and Mael's parents. They will also be moving into their own apartment in March.

Your room would be available from mid-December and is limited until the end of February.
