Hoiii! Since Marghi is moving out, a room will be available in our shared apartment starting from January 1, 2027!
We are:
We are a cozy shared apartment where each person leads their own life and at the same time values an uncomplicated and friendly cohabitation.
Our interests are diverse and range from climbing, cycling, and playing the guitar to painting and many more. There are always spontaneous shared moments. Often, people meet in the kitchen in the evening to chat and talk about their day.
We like to design our home cozily together and emphasize that everyone can feel comfortable. Our friends and partners are also welcome in the shared apartment at any time.
We are looking for a person who enjoys a relaxed and respectful shared apartment life, likes to chat in the kitchen, and at the same time appreciates the independence of others.
Common areas:
Our living room is the meeting point of the shared apartment; equipped with a large dining table, sofa, TV, and piano. The balcony, terrace, and especially our garden invite you to grill in small or large groups. And since the terrace is covered, you can even sit outside in the rain.
Cleanliness and order:
We are generally a tidy and clean shared apartment. Everyone puts their stuff away, and if someone forgets, we help each other. All tasks that arise in a household are divided among all residents and are reliably done. However, we prefer to spend our time with something other than cleaning, so we have a cleaning staff for the common areas once a week.
Your room:
CHF 793.- rent + 150.- additional costs; from January 1, 2027; 10 sqm; ground floor; window to the north side
The gross rent (943 CHF) includes all additional costs (water, heating, electricity, etc.) and also shared apartment expenses (cleaning lady, WiFi, detergent, general food like spices, flour, etc.)
Location: At Irchel/Milchbuck, tram stop Hirschwiesenstrasse directly in front of the door, 12 minutes to the main station, 6 minutes to Bhf Oerlikon.
