Rent deposit: 1 month's rent: 2174.- (but you'll get it back directly after moving out!) We've divided the three months' rent among us. Since our third roommate is moving out, 1/3 is available again.
Lena (24) and Klara (27). We work in childcare and cultural communication. We appreciate updating each other in the shared flat and knowing what's going on in each other's lives. :), and also enjoying a beer, coffee, or tea together. At the same time, we also value our privacy. We prioritize order and cleanliness and wish for people who feel the same way. We'd be happy to discuss more with you in person.
Since we've been living in this apartment for a while, we're considering finding something new next year. Therefore, we're currently renting out your room temporarily (if we move out of this apartment, we'll give notice). But nothing is fixed yet, and everything is still open! So, this "temporary" rental is provisional for now. We haven't found anything new yet.
