In a very central location, we rent out various rooms that can be used, for example, for training purposes, offices, or other possibilities. Previously, we had a school rented out. This use was ideally combinable with the other tenants and users of the house.

Whether the rooms are rented exclusively or from Monday to Friday from 8 - 17 Uhr and are then available to other tenants, is to be discussed and results in a different rent.

We look forward to interested parties who can identify with the values of the Evangelical Community Work, the ownership of the house.
