From December 1st, 2026, or January 1st, 2027, a room will become available in our apartment in Maaghof. You would be living with Livia (24, working in addiction prevention) and Justus (27, in the health sector). And more importantly: the two cats, Azura and Mavi (with the most beautiful blue eyes).
Room
Your room is approximately 16 square meters, bright, and has large windows with a view of the Prime Tower. You will share the bathroom with a bathtub with Justus.
Rent
CHF 1418.33 per month
Additional costs (EWZ every three months approximately CHF 70, cleaning staff approximately CHF 90 every 2 weeks, WiFi CHF 40 per month) will be split among us using Splitwise.
You would be added to the rental agreement as a subtenant. A deposit of CHF 4255 (3 months' rent) is required. Please also send us your current debt collection register extract.
Apartment
Our 4.5-room apartment has approximately 145 square meters. We have a large kitchen where a lot of cooking is done, a cozy living and dining area with a projector, as well as a balcony. We have our own washing machine and dryer in the apartment, plus a basement storage room and a bike room. A parking space in the underground garage can be rented separately.
Location
You are within 3 minutes of Hardbrücke train station or Schiffbau, and yet it is relatively quiet at our place. The Coop Prime 2 and Roots are directly opposite our house entrance.
About you
We are looking for someone who loves cats and enjoys city life. We are often at home, so if you are often on the go or don't mind - perfect match! We love our home very much and take good care of it, so it would be nice if you bring the necessary care and cleanliness. We are queer-friendly!
