The apartment is perfect for two to three people - whether it's a shared apartment, a couple, or even a small family.

The location is super practical: Lidl is right across the street, and the Schlieren Mülligen tram stop is only 1 minute away. Clever Fit and David Gym are also just across the street, in case you want to get fit for next summer. And if you prefer to be outdoors: the forest is just around the corner, and you can reach the Limmat in 10 minutes on foot.

The apartment has two bathrooms, both with their own toilet - one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The absolute highlight, however, is the 35 m² large terrace: you can access it directly from every room, and the best part is that there's no one across from you who can look onto the terrace. So, there's plenty of space and privacy for cozy summer evenings, grill parties, or just chilling.

I really love this apartment, but after 2.5 years, I'm being drawn back to the city. That's why I'd like to pass on this gem to someone who will feel just as at home here as I do.

Move-in & Furniture Takeover

I'm moving out in mid-November, so the apartment would be available from then on. However, an early December move-in is also possible.

Since I'm looking to get rid of some of my furniture, I'm ideally looking for someone who will take over the apartment along with the sofa, bed, large wardrobe, and terrace furniture. The furniture is part of the desired takeover - we can discuss the price and find a fair solution.

A limited rental period of 6-12 months is also possible. In this case, the furniture could stay in the apartment, and there would just be a small monthly surcharge.
