How would you like to live?
Your future room is approximately 16m2 in size and offers a wonderful view of nature.
In the spacious living room, you can comfortably stretch out your legs. The apartment also includes a cool winter garden and a large terrace, which invites you to dream or socialize. Our kitchen and the two bathrooms meet today's construction standards.
We share a small private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer with the neighboring party.
Where are we at home?
Our quiet 5.5-room attic apartment is located on the 3rd floor on the outskirts of Oberwinterthur. In just a few minutes, you'll also find yourself in the middle of fields and forests. A perfect place to jog, walk, and unwind.
Transportation:
The Oberwinterthur bus stop is 3 minutes' walk away. From there, you can reach the main station in about 15 minutes and the Wallrüti station (S 11 + S 29) in about 7 minutes on foot.
Who would fit in with us?
A sympathetic and appreciative roommate who completes our apartment. You are open-minded, communicative, and brave enough to swing a cleaning cloth and don't need to google the word "cleaning" first!
Who would you meet here?
Currently, Ilimea (25 years old), Sandra (27 years old), Larissa (26 years old), and Gaia (24 years old) live in the apartment. Ilimea works in the IT sector, Sandra studies marketing at the ZHAW, and Larissa is completing her studies to become a teacher at the high school level. Gaia will move into her own apartment, and her room will be available from December 14th. We are looking for a great addition to our apartment who will complete us by early February at the latest.
How do we tick?
We are humorous and uncomplicated. There is certainly room for joint chatting, movies on the big screen, or chilling on the large terrace. However, we also enjoy our privacy in our personal rooms.
