Due to a last-minute cancellation, I'm looking for a sublessee from 1.11.2026 (possibility of entering on 31.10) for a 2.5-room apartment, furnished and ready to live in, located in Lugano (Via al Ponte 6) just a few minutes' walk from the station and the city center, close to pharmacy, supermarket, bus stop, and main services. There is a laundry room and a personal cellar in the building.
The apartment has a mandatory parking space included in the rent.
The total monthly price is 1280 CHF, including parking and ancillary costs (no settlement).
It is necessary to deposit three months' rent as a security deposit upon entry.
No pets, even small ones, are allowed.
