Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk und ist sehr sonnig. Sie hat 4 Zimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Bad, einen Balkon und eine separate Küche. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind möbliert. Dein Zimmer ist unmöbliert, sodass du es ganz nach deinem Geschmack einrichten kannst. Es ist ca. 15 m² gross und hat eine Fensterfront nach Südwesten, die es richtig hell macht. Frei ist es ab dem 01. Dezember, und das Mietverhältnis ist unbefristet.
Die Miete liegt bei CHF 1148 pro Monat, dazu kommen die Nebenkosten von ca. CHF 50 pro Monat, die jeweils nach Rechnung abgerechnet werden.
Wir suchen eine zuverlässige, ruhige und ordentliche Mitbewohnerin zwischen Mitte 20 und Mitte 30, die berufstätig ist oder studiert und ein entspanntes, respektvolles Zusammenleben schätzt. Unsere WG ist eher ein ruhiger Rückzugsort als eine Partywohnung. Wann immer es uns passt, treffen wir uns in der Küche, geben uns aber trotzdem viel Freiraum.

It's available from 1 December, and the tenancy is an unlimited rental.
