We are looking for two new flatmates from December 1st, 2026, or December 15th, 2026 (or by arrangement) for our 4-person shared flat! :) Two rooms will be available from December 1st: Room 1: approx. 17.4 m2 (unfurnished) monthly rent is 900 CHF Room 2: approx. 14.7 m2 (unfurnished) monthly rent is 880 CHF large windows that let in plenty of sunlight (perfect for plants :) ) For both rooms, an additional 70 CHF is added for ancillary costs (electricity, hot water, Wi-Fi, etc. all inclusive) The apartment offers the following amenities: bright, spacious living area with open kitchen cozy balcony (including fairy lights) modern kitchen (including dishwasher) 2 bathrooms (each with shower and toilet) Private laundry room in the basement (shared only with flatmates) Basement compartment (Pets are unfortunately not allowed) About us: We have been living together in our cozy apartment since December. We value a harmonious coexistence - we are not a functional shared flat and enjoy spending a joint evening from time to time. At the same time, we all have a full university or workday and respect each other's rest. That's why we're looking for an open, respectful, and uncomplicated person. Inès (22): In September, I started my studies in biotechnology and will continue to work as a pharmacy assistant in a pharmacy. In my free time, I like to browse second-hand stores, listen to a lot of music, and attend concerts. I collect records, am interested in films, and therefore also like to go to the cinema. I also like to travel, meet friends outside, and enjoy relaxed days, whether in a café, park, or just taking a walk. Every now and then, I also take time to draw. Caroline (21): I'm Caroline, from Denmark, and started studying ZHAW International Management in September. In my free time, I like to be active and outdoors. I enjoy running, cycling, playing tennis, and generally spending time in nature. Although Caroline speaks German, she finds it easier to speak English, so it's ideal if you have some English skills :) Environment: The apartment is located in a quiet environment, just a few minutes' walk from the Waldheim bus station. From there, the train station is easily accessible (about 5 minutes by bus or 7 minutes by bike). Shopping opportunities are also within walking distance on Deutweg.
