Are you looking for more than a classic shared room? We rent, by arrangement, two separate rooms with a total of approximately 50 m² for sole use in our maisonette apartment in Weinfelden.
Your private living area offers:
Two spacious, separate rooms
Private bathroom and separate toilet
Private cellar compartment
A lot of privacy and opportunities to retreat
Kitchen, dining area, and balcony are shared. The laundry room is available to all four rental parties in the house.
A private refrigerator for food is to be brought along.
Rent: CHF 950 per month, including ancillary costs, electricity, TV, and internet.
What we are looking for:
A reliable, independent, and self-sufficient person who is uncomplicated, considerate, and values respectful cohabitation.
Our household now also includes a dog, so animal friendliness should be present.
Since our previous subtenant has shown a dog hair allergy, we are looking again for a suitable person for our living area.
Location: Quiet and close to nature, shopping opportunities and train station are within walking distance. Forest and fields are only a few minutes away.
Important: A parking space is not available and must be organized independently if needed.
