In Renens, a furnished room in a 4.5-room apartment (shared apartment)
The room includes:
a wardrobe, a desk, a single bed. Pillows, sheets, duvet, and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped (large refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, everyday utensils for eating and cooking).
Bathroom and shower are equipped.
Washer/dryer in the laundry room in the basement of the house.
Usual equipment: hair dryer, iron, ironing board are available.
The neighborhood is quiet, just like the house.
The atmosphere in the apartment is quiet and respectful (3 furnished rooms = maximum 3 students).
There is a bus stop 3 minutes from the house / the train station is 10 minutes on foot / the city center is 15 minutes on foot / parks nearby.
The rental of the rooms is subject to a contract, initially concluded for 3 months with the possibility of renewal.
The monthly rent includes heating, water, electricity, internet. This rental is only reserved for a European student of EPFL or UNIL, between 22 and 30 years old, non-smoker, and without pets.
Visits are not allowed for reasons of insurance coverage and security for all tenants of the apartment and the house.
Rent guarantee and private liability insurance are required.
Handover of the condition with a real estate agency.
