Cozy, furnished shared room for temporary sublet
We are looking for a reliable and uncomplicated person to take over my fully furnished room in our 3-person shared apartment for five months (from early December to late April).
The room and the apartment:
The room is ideally laid out and offers everything you need for the time. It is equipped with a cozy bed including a mattress, a spacious wardrobe, a desk, and a small shelf.
Although we don't have a classic living room, our apartment is very cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need. A real highlight is the balcony: There is a grill for nice days and even a small training area for deadlifts, squats, and more. (Access to the balcony is straightforward through the room of a roommate).
Your roommates:
You will share the apartment with two relaxed guys: Santiago (21, banking student at UZH) and Michael (35, working in IT). Since we are a functional shared apartment, the cohabitation is very relaxed and uncomplicated. You can chat briefly when you meet in the kitchen, but otherwise, everyone has their own rhythm and absolute privacy.
The most important facts:
Period: Early December to late April
Rent: 1100 CHF (all-inclusive price, WiFi, electricity, and heating are already included in the price!)
Deposit: 1100 CHF / one month's rent
