Description
We, a uncomplicated small family (mother and daughter, 11 years, plus our cat) rent out a bright room in our 4.5 room house in the popular Hohmad quarter in Thun, immediately or by arrangement.
Since we have our daily routine well structured, we are looking for a female weekly boarder who works or studies in Thun during the week and spends her weekends at her main place of residence.
Irregular working hours are no problem. Weekly boarding does not require weekdays.
About the room & location:
Location: The house is located in the quiet and central Hohmad quarter.
Public transport connection:
Thun train station is nearby and can be easily reached on foot, by bike or by bus.
Equipment: A bright, furnished room.
Kitchen and WC/shower are shared.
Our garden can also be used. :)
Who we are looking for:
Since we are a well-rehearsed team, you fit in best with us if you;
Are a woman looking for reliable accommodation. You appreciate order and cleanliness and are happy to participate in our common household rhythm.
Are adaptable and considerate, as we live together as a family.
Love animals (no allergy to cat hair).
You must have a valid employment contract or place of study.
The costs are CHF 690.00 per month, including utilities and internet.
