I'm moving out of my beautiful, bright, and central room including a large balcony in Zurich 8044 (near Toblerplatz) and looking for a new subtenant who would like to take over my room from December 22nd, 2026.
You would share the 3.5-room apartment with two professional women, Ayla and Femke. Ayla studies nutrition and Femke is currently completing her internship in visual communication. They will live in the apartment from November onwards:).

Your room would be 23 sqm and cost 987 CHF including utilities and balcony. The two roommates would appreciate it if they could also access the outside when the door is open. Otherwise, it's no problem. If you use the balcony privately, the room rent would increase by 75 CHF to 1,062 CHF.

The main tenants are renting the apartment on a limited basis (lease runs until 31.03.2027) because the house is to be demolished. However, it's possible that the demolition will be delayed and the contract will be extended. After that, you would have the opportunity to take over the entire apartment as a subtenant, which would cost 2,100 CHF, and no rental deposit would be required.

The two roommates are looking for a person, preferably a woman, who is sympathetic, open, and rather quiet, who might want to have dinner together or do something and has both feet on the ground :)

Various furniture can be taken over after consultation!
