My children and wife are moving to Chile for family reasons and will be staying there. I am still contractually bound and will be staying in Switzerland. Since such a large apartment is too big for me and living together is simply more fun, I am looking for sympathetic roommates starting immediately. Instead of giving up the apartment completely, I would like to found a relaxed, independent living community here.

Everyone lives their life, you can exchange ideas in the kitchen, but everything runs absolutely uncomplicated. Nevertheless, a certain calmness and normality are essential. It's not a party shared flat

• The apartment offers a total of three rooms, which can be divided flexibly. Since I don't occupy the largest room myself, you have the free choice of which room suits you best.

The apartment also has two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room for shared use. Furniture is also available for use. If you're not satisfied with the equipment, feel free to design it according to your taste.

Who fits in?
Welcome are professionals with a fixed income as well as students whose financing is secure. The most important thing is that you are reliable and appreciate a relaxed living environment. Age and gender play no role.

Location & transportation
The apartment is located in the center of Niederrohrdorf.
Perfect for everyday life: Coop and Voi are within walking distance, so you can do your shopping quickly and conveniently. Commuting is also no problem - the bus connections take you directly to Zurich, Baden, or wherever you need to go.
