Dear shared apartment seekers
Since Laura will be moving out in December, we are looking for a new roommate for our cozy four-person shared apartment.
Who are we?
We are Niko (31), who loves the mountains, often goes cycling and does a lot of sports. Michi (30), who loves beach volleyball, surfing/kiting, and has a passion for sailing. Chris (34), a talented cook, bakes the best cakes, dances breakdance, and is always up for a DIY project. We all work in different industries (real estate, engineering, and education).
Since two of us three have only moved in this year, our constellation is still quite fresh and new. This means for you that you will find open structures here and can participate well in the joint apartment design :)
Together, we enjoy grilling in the evenings, going out together, or simply relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine or beer. Friends are always welcome, and of course, we also respect each individual's privacy and retreat spaces.
What do we offer?
Your room: 13.1 sqm unfurnished
The apartment: Everything you need and more (large living room, 3 balconies, private washing machine/tumble dryer, grill, billiard table, etc.)
Location: Central, very well connected, and yet quiet
Costs: Included are utilities, electricity, TV fees, and internet.
The room is available from December 1, 2026.
What are we looking for?
We wish for an open, cordial, and uncomplicated person who has a desire for a friendly shared apartment life, likes to do something together, and at the same time respects the privacy of others.
Since we are currently three men, we would be particularly pleased to have a more balanced shared apartment constellation, especially with a female roommate, but it's not necessary.
Whether you work or study doesn't matter to us. Important to us are mutual respect, reliability, a certain degree of order, and that the chemistry is right.
