We are looking for a sublessee for our charming 3.5 room old building apartment, ideally from December 1st or by arrangement.

The 3.5 room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a Baumgartner house in the Iselin quarter (4055) in Basel, directly on the Wasgenring.

The 3 rooms are divided as follows:

• Kitchen with dishwasher and balcony access. Offers enough space for a dining area
• Bathroom with bathtub and window
• Room 1 (bedroom) with balcony access
• Hallway
• Room 2
• Room 3 living/dining area with connecting passage. (There are also swing doors, which we currently store in the basement)

The apartment also includes a basement compartment, a bicycle cellar, a bicycle stand in front of the house, a communal laundry room, and a small communal garden that is currently not used by any of the other parties.

Rent: CHF 1623.- (brutto)

We are looking for a sublessee because our new apartment is already ready for occupancy and we want to move earlier. Please let us know when you can move in at the earliest and latest, and also write a few words about yourself.
