- A workshop for tinkering, repairing, creating.
- A simple and functional communal laundry room.
Outside, we cultivate a vegetable garden together and maintain a forest garden, a real food system.
To preserve the harmony of our joyful community and learn to know each other gently, we offer a 6-month trial period before becoming a cooperative member. This allows for building strong bonds and ensuring that this lifestyle suits everyone for the rest of the adventure. When you become a cooperative member, social shares are to be placed through your LPP or equity, you also become a co-owner. Therefore, the rent decreases to 1'639.- per month.
