Description
Since my roommate is unfortunately moving in with her boyfriend and leaving me (38 / female) alone in a beautiful 5.5 room apartment, I am looking for a new roommate from 11/01 (or by arrangement). The apartment is also very spacious for 2 people, with 2 balconies, a guest room, dining and living room in a great house community. Dishwasher and washing machine are located in the apartment.
On the sketch, it's about room 1, which will become available (No. 2 is the living room).
If you are a weekly resident, we can discuss the rent.
I'm looking forward to meeting an open-minded and lovely person who enjoys communal living and can feel just as comfortable and at home here as I do.
I work 100% as an engineer and am often on the road, and I look forward to nice inquiries.
