Magnificent 2.5 rooms in the Maladière district, 3 minutes walk from the shopping center and the lake, 1 minute by car from the tunnel entrance

I regret leaving my cozy home after almost 7 years, very well located and super quiet, bright (I took the photos in the late afternoon)

- 4th floor without elevator
- ultra nice neighbors
- magnificent view of the sky from all rooms (except the bathroom, but there is a large bathtub)
- 1230.- including charges, in 7 years never had a rent increase or other, not even 200.- extra charges at the end of the year, the management is very cool and reactive
- washing machine can be installed in the bathroom if not too big (mine opens from the top and not from the side, not sure if it fits otherwise) - laundry room in the building, available whenever you want and almost always free, 2 rooms for hanging
- animals accepted! And that's cool
- zone 9 = blue zone all around and two white parking spaces available (lake side towards the stadium cf photo and parking at the mail towards the blue elephant) honestly I always found a place without looking for more than 15 seconds
- crossing apartment so airing the apartment is a pleasure.
- the bedroom is 30m2, can be separated into two for two 15m2 rooms
- to be put back in the ideal for mid-December but to be discussed if needed
