We are looking for a female tenant to rent a room in a 2-person shared apartment in Kilchberg, starting immediately. It's also ideal for someone who needs a place to stay during the week.
The 3-room apartment on the ground floor is located in a quiet, friendly, and central neighborhood. The train station, several bus stops, and the lake are within walking distance and can be reached in a few minutes.
We prefer a long-term tenant. The cozy, bright apartment offers a lot of storage space with 62 m2. The living and dining rooms are partially furnished.
The apartment includes a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower (bathtub) and a private washing machine, a basement storage room, and a private garden seating area. If needed, a parking space in front of the house can be rented for CHF 100.00.
Additionally, a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a community garden with seating areas, are available.
You will be sharing the apartment with a certified nursing professional (68) who values a quiet, uncomplicated home. She is respectful, employed, and has a quiet daily routine. Pets are not allowed in the entire house.
