Simon (30) and Paul (27) are looking for a third person to join our beautiful shared apartment in Freilager!
We are both working architects and wish for a sympathetic, uncomplicated person around our age, who is also in the workforce and enjoys a relaxed shared apartment life.
Simon is often in the office during the week, but occasionally works from home. On weekends, he likes to be out with friends, travel, or simply enjoy relaxing at home. Paul is in a long-distance relationship and is therefore regularly in Vienna.
We see ourselves as a relaxed shared apartment, where everyone has their own space, but also likes to meet up. About once a week, we have dinner together and take time for exchange. We are therefore looking for a rather quiet person who appreciates uncomplicated cohabitation, but also likes to contribute - whether it's during joint dinner, with ideas for the apartment, with the care of our plants, furniture, etc.
A long-term and pleasant cohabitation would be important to us. Ideally, you could also imagine continuing the apartment with Simon together in the future, if Paul moves out.
