The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to nature and benefits from a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva. It is spacious, bright, furnished, and has a superb balcony. The room is of modest size (11m2) but has a separate dressing room. The rent is 1'050.-

I'm sharing it with myself;

A 37-year-old man, rather friendly, an architect who loves the mountains, climbing, skiing, cinema, good food, and a good drink. I'm looking for someone in their thirties who shares these values.
