We are traveling this winter and are therefore subletting our cozy 3-room apartment (approx. 80 m²). It is located only 3 minutes' walk from Hegibachplatz, so very central and yet pleasantly quiet.

Time period: December 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027. We are flexible: moving in mid-November or a few weeks more or less can be easily discussed.

The apartment

• 3 rooms, approx. 80 m², 1st floor (no elevator)

• Balcony

• Completely furnished. What should stay can be agreed upon together.

• Kitchen with dishwasher

• Bathroom with bathtub

• Bicycle rack in front of the house

Ideal for

A couple or two people. The two rooms are also suitable if two people want their own room.

Conditions

• Rent: CHF 2948 per month (including 10% surcharge for furniture use)

• Electricity, water, and internet: 89 CHF per month extra

• Deposit: two months' rent

• Non-smoking apartment, no pets

• The subletting has been agreed upon with the administration, but still needs to be approved.
