We are offering our furnished apartment on Greyerzstrasse in 3013 Bern for subletting on a limited basis.
The apartment is located in a stylish, 100-year-old row house in the popular Lorraine/Breitenrain neighborhood; Migros/Coop, restaurants, cafes, bars, and various shops are within walking distance (Lorrainequartier and Breitenrainplatz). Although the neighborhood is very lively, the apartment is situated on a quiet, tree-lined street. Bus and tram stops (Gewerbeschule, Lorraine, and Viktoriaplatz stations) are nearby; the main train station is about a 15-minute walk away. The Aare river, the Botanical Garden, and several parks are also just around the corner.
The apartment (around 80 m²) has three separate rooms that are flooded with sunlight throughout the day. The large living room has a beautiful bay window with a stunning view of the sunset over the rooftops. It also features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove/oven, and a small balcony (2.5 m²) that gets sunlight until early afternoon. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Additionally, there are several built-in closets with ample storage space.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor (no elevator). On the top floor above, there is a shared laundry room for all residents of the house. Our lovely neighbors (only four other parties) are extremely helpful and friendly.
The apartment will be sublet furnished. The start of the sublet is fixed on March 5, 2027, and is non-negotiable. The minimum rental period is 8 months, and the maximum rental period is 12 months (until the end of February 2028).
The rent includes all ancillary costs as well as electricity/gas, high-speed internet with Wi-Fi, and Sunrise TV.
