We would like to hand over our apartment in Schaffhausen-Buchthalen to a new main tenant immediately or by agreement. For 1-2 months, you will still share the apartment with Laura, after which you can decide whether to look for a roommate or keep the apartment for yourself.

Your room and the apartment
We are flexible with the room choice: you can either use the former office as a bedroom or take over the current living room with direct access to the balcony. We will discuss which division suits you best during the viewing. We wish that you can take over the apartment as the main tenant - Laura plans to move out in the next 1-2 months. After that, you are free to decide whether you want to keep the apartment as a shared apartment. This apartment is also ideal for couples.
The kitchen, bathroom, and other common areas are shared uncomplicatedly.

• Bathroom with bathtub

• Basement compartment with additional storage space
• High-quality water filter (belongs to Laura, but you are welcome to use it)

Hi, I'm Laura. I'm 28 years old and work in Winterthur on Mondays and Tuesdays, and the other days I'm in the home office. Near the Rhine and well connected
You can reach the Lindli in about five minutes on foot. Migros and Denner are nearby, and the Schaffhausen old town is also easily accessible.
From Schaffhausen train station, you can reach Zurich main station in about 40 minutes with a fast train connection. Schaffhausen is also a practical location for commuters from Germany and weekly residents who work in Switzerland. The proximity to the border also offers the opportunity to do shopping in Germany.

No deposit and option to take over the apartment
The rental deposit is secured through SwissCaution. You don't have to deposit a larger deposit amount on a bank account. The existing solution currently costs around CHF 200 per year.
