From mid-November, a room (approx. 17 m2, unfurnished) will be available in our beautiful shared flat. Our shared flat is located in a row house in the quiet Loogarten district, close to the green areas but still very well connected to the city.
The room is east-facing and is very bright thanks to the large window (like the rest of the apartment). We jointly use our beautiful living room and kitchen/dining area, which together form an entire open floor. Additionally, there are two bathrooms with showers and a basement with a private washing machine and dryer. In the summer, the lawn/seating area with lounge and grill invites you to linger, and there are also two terraces on the top floor, one facing east and one facing west.
Currently, we live with four people and a small child in the shared flat; however, my flatmates will also be moving out soon. Another room will be available from January at the latest, and two more from March at the latest, but ideally much earlier. Therefore, a classic shared flat life is currently only taking place to a limited extent.
Your room would be available from mid-November and is initially limited until the end of January 2027. The landlord is interested in having a shared flat continue to live in the apartment, so you would have the opportunity to take over the entire apartment and found your own shared flat (max. 4 people) if you're interested.
