Description
We are Nathalie (28) and Simon (25), two long-time friends who are now unfortunately losing our third member in the group :( That's why we're looking for someone to complete our small WG family again!
For us, a shared flat is definitely more than just a community of purpose. We like to spend time together, cook together, do sports, travel, and do a lot of other things together. Of course, each of us has their own daily routine and retreat, but we appreciate that we don't just live together, but really live together.
Who are we actually?
Nathi (28): Is currently preparing for her osteopathy studies and is an active pole vaulter. Previously, she worked in the construction industry.
Simon (25): Studies chiropractic medicine at UZH and is also quite sports-minded. Formerly an athlete, he now does calisthenics and other sports.
And the apartment?
You can expect a nice room with your own bathroom en suite in a modern, spacious new apartment near Bucheggplatz. In addition to your private retreat, you also have access to the common living areas, which we use gladly and extensively.
Yes, we are aware that the rent for a single room is rather high. However, we have never seen our shared flat as three separate rooms, but rather as a common home. So, when you rent with us, you're not just renting a room, you're becoming part of a shared flat where you feel at home, like coming home, and sharing life together. And when you consider the whole apartment as your home, the price-performance ratio suddenly looks completely different.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone between 20 and 35 years old who has a desire for an active, cordial, and uncomplicated shared flat life. Someone who likes to spend time together, is sometimes spontaneous at a joint dinner, and appreciates our togetherness just as much as we do.
Of course, it's important to us that everyone has their freedom and can also close the door behind them. Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory - as long as it fits humanly!
