I'm looking for a subtenant for my shared room in the Obergrundquartier at Freigleis, near the Eichhofbrauerei. The apartment spans the top two floors of a multi-family house. The center and highlight of the shared apartment are definitely the large living room and the great balcony with plenty of sunshine and a view that I will really miss. I always found the location super, with its proximity to the Neustadt, Allmend, Sonnenberg, and directly around the corner, the Tacuba. For cyclists, the Freigleis is right outside the door, and on the other side of the Obergrundstrasse, there's a bike path towards Bruchstrasse and from there along the Reuss. Your new roommates would be Debi, Quirin, and Luca. Debi and Luca are also relatively new to the shared apartment, Quirin has been there for about a year. Basically, everyone is very active and likes to be on the go, but they always look forward to running into each other in the kitchen for a bit of chat, watching series together on the sofa, or hanging out on the balcony in the sun. The room costs 760 CHF per month, and the rental period would start on December 1st. Every three months, there's an additional 60-80 CHF for utilities, and a cleaning service comes every two weeks, for which you pay an additional 52 CHF per month. There's a underground parking garage where bikes can be stored safely and dry. If you're interested in a parking space, you'd need to clarify that directly with the administration.
