Hello
We are renting out our apartment for subletting in Winterthur Wülflingen from 15.11.2026. Unlimited.
It is a 3-room apartment (ground floor) old building from around 1960 and has a smaller room, a large bedroom, and the living room. The kitchen is separate and also relatively large. Partially furnished with dishwasher and various kitchen units.
Garden with a large lawn in front, no (a house in the distance) neighbors in front of the garden.
Note: it will be renovated in the summer of 2028. You can stay inside, but you will have to cook and shower in a container in front of the house. This applies for about 6 weeks, during which time comprehensive renovation work (pipes, balconies, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.) will be carried out. If I remember correctly, there will also be a rent reduction during this time. And if you survive it, you will have a beautifully renovated apartment.
If you are interested, a craft room under the apartment can also be rented (180.- extra per month)
Forest (Brühlberg) right in front of the door. Nice bike and walking path to Schützenwiese. Mixed goods store 1 minute's walk.
Garage only available until 03.2027 (additional 160.-/month) with two additional parking spaces in front. After that, park on the street, blue zone.
The tenants (4 parties in the house entrance) are quiet and very friendly. The washing machine and drying room are shared with 7 parties. It works well, we wash once or twice a week each.
Extract from the debt collection register and reference will be required.
