In my 3-person shared apartment in the old town of Chur, two rooms will be available from January 1, 2027! The apartment is centrally located, with shopping opportunities and the train station in close proximity – both can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
The two free rooms are each approximately 12 m² in size and offer enough space for a bed, a desk, and a dresser. The apartment is very bright and has a small balcony, two bathrooms, and a large living room that is perfect for shared evenings. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
The monthly gross rent is 700 CHF per room, including all ancillary costs (excluding internet). The rent is based on the reference interest rate.
