Description
We are renting a spacious and bright shared flat room (approx. 20 m2) in a beautiful villa on Zürichberg.
The house offers a lot of space and charm and has a shared living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a basement, and several bathrooms/WCs: a WC on the ground floor, a large bathroom with shower on the 1st floor, and another bathroom with shower on the 2nd floor.
A special highlight is the large garden. Thanks to the south-facing slope, we enjoy sunshine all day in good weather - perfect for eating, grilling, or simply relaxing outside in the summer.
The Toblerplatz tram stop is about an 8-minute walk away. There are also Spar, Denner, and Migros nearby, with Migros open daily until 10 PM.
We are currently a 2-person shared flat and are looking for two flatmates. The room shown is available immediately.
The ancillary costs are not included in the basic rent and are invoiced periodically if possible. The most important ancillary costs include electricity, heating, internet, garden work (12 times a year), and our cleaning staff, who come every two weeks. On average, we expect around CHF 200 per month per person for a 4-person household.
If needed, an outdoor parking space for a vehicle is also available.
