In my 4-room apartment in Dübendorf, a new three-person shared flat is being formed! I'm looking for two affectionate, open-minded flatmates for a cozy, lively home where you can spend time together and also have your own free space.
THE TWO ROOMS
Room 1 approx. 13 m² | CHF 890./month
Bright, with practical built-in wardrobe and beautiful morning sun. View into the inner courtyard and onto the green balcony of my bedroom.
Room 2 approx. 15 m² | CHF 990./month
The largest bedroom in the apartment, bright and with a large window. View of the street, nice houses, and trees.
Both rooms are rented unfurnished.
RENT AND AVAILABILITY
The prices include the gross rent including ancillary costs account and calculated costs for electricity, SERAFE, joint household insurance, and the use of the equipped communal rooms. Any ancillary cost statements remain reserved.
Move-in: 01.11.2026
Limited until 31.01.2027; extension possible after consultation, but not guaranteed.
THE APARTMENT
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without a lift, only about 35 minutes' walk from Dübendorf train station.
We share a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious hallway, and a cozy living room with access to the communal balcony. This is lovingly planted and offers a nice view of the greenery.
The basement and attic can be used. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a heated drying room in the house, but no tumble dryer. WLAN is not currently available. The communal rooms are already largely furnished.
WHO AM I?
I am 24, nature-loving, creative, curious, and have felt like a thousand interests! I love cooking and new recipes, forest walks, plant collecting, and crystal searching on markets or in the mountains.
At home, I crochet and paint, make candles, produce cosmetics, take care of my plants, or tinker with workshop projects. I gladly share my creative materials and knowledge.
I also like to go boxing. Sometimes I'm calm and relaxed, sometimes full of energy and spontaneous on the go. I enjoy having friends visit, joint cooking evenings, conversations, and excursions, but I also respect everyone's privacy.
OUR ANIMAL ROOMMATES
We live with a leopard gecko with its living food insects, aquarium inhabitants, and many plants. It's important to me that you enjoy it and occasionally help reliably with care and feeding, especially when I'm away. You don't need any prior knowledge!
WHO AM I LOOKING FOR?
Two open, affectionate, and uncomplicated people who have a desire for a communal shared flat instead of a purely functional one: cooking together, chatting, laughing, sitting on the balcony, or spontaneously doing something.
On the balcony, smoking is done regularly; when it's windy, the smoke sometimes also drifts into the apartment and can be smelled there.
Cleanliness, honest communication, consideration, and initiative in the household are important to me. At the same time, I'm not fussy - creative projects can also get a bit chaotic. Same hobbies are not necessary: as long as the chemistry is right!
