From November 1st, 2026, I am looking for a new roommate for my 3.5-room apartment in Sursee. Your room is approximately 14 m² in size, bright, and offers enough space for everything you need. The large, floor-to-ceiling window lets in plenty of daylight. It easily accommodates a large bed, wardrobe, desk, and other furniture. The room is rented unfurnished, and the current furniture of my roommate can be seen in the photos.
The apartment is approximately 85 m² in size and features a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen, as well as a balcony of around 11 m². Particularly practical for a 2-person shared apartment are the two separate bathrooms, one with a bathtub/WC and one with a shower/WC.
Additionally, there is a laundry room with its own washing machine and dryer, as well as a private basement storage room.
The rent is CHF 1,040 per month. Additionally, we each pay CHF 50 per month into our shared apartment account, which covers expenses such as electricity, internet, and other shared costs.
Currently, a parking space in the garage is also rented for CHF 140 per month. If you have a car and would like to take over the parking space, we can discuss it.
The apartment is located in the quiet Hofstetterfeld area of Sursee, near Lake Sempach and Mariazell. The bus stop is about a 2-minute walk away, and Sursee train station is about a 15-minute walk. Shopping opportunities are also nearby.
