Our shared accommodation:
We offer a beautiful 6.5-room house with a dreamy garden. We live in the heart of Bubikon, which means you can reach the train station and nature in just 5 minutes on foot. You will have access to two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a cozy living room with a projector. You will have plenty of storage space on our large attic and in the basement, and there is also space for a car.
Your room:
Your room is located on the main living floor and offers a huge window front and a balcony. So, you will have plenty of natural light! The room has 16 square meters, which you can furnish according to your wishes. The balcony offers an additional 11 square meters. The rent is 950 CHF + 100 CHF utility costs per month. The earliest possible move-in date is January 1, 2027. If you would like to move in later, we can discuss this as well.
Who we are:
Lukas (29) is an IT specialist, but he spends his free time away from the screen, surfing or playing tennis. He is always up for a trip to the lake or a cozy evening in the garden.
Joshi (32) is an electrical engineer, and in his free time, he loves to snowboard in the winter and surf in the summer. He enjoys funny or exciting conversations and game nights.
Jonas (29) is an industrial engineer and is currently pursuing his master's degree. When he is not working or studying, he probably plays padel or is available for a fun conversation on the sofa.
Leonie (23) studies psychology and works part-time. In her free time, she loves to be around horses at the stable or start her next creative project. She also enjoys fun activities and exciting conversations.
Who we are looking for:
We are a very family-like shared accommodation and are looking for someone who enjoys cooking, eating, and having fun together. At the same time, everyone needs some time for themselves, and you will always have enough peace and privacy. It is self-evident that everyone takes on tasks in the household and keeps an eye on the general order. We are looking for an open-minded person between 20 and 35 who also brings a good sense of humor! If you feel addressed, don't hesitate to contact us, and we will arrange a meeting :)
