The kitchen, living/dining room, and large balcony are available for shared use. The apartment is well-maintained but has become outdated, which is why the house is being renovated. The renovation will start in the summer of 2027, which is why the apartment will be rented from 01.12.2026 or 01.01.2027 (by arrangement with the current tenant) until 30.06.2027 on a temporary basis, with a correspondingly attractive rent.
